Absolutely love my new plush!

Oh my goodness, I just received my order and I am so happy! I got the cutest Capybara Plush and it's even softer than I imagined. The details are perfect and it just feels so well-made. Shipping was super quick too, arrived in just a few days. I can't stop hugging it! I'm already planning my next purchase, definitely going to recommend AuroraGift to all my friends!

Good toys, slow delivery this time

I ordered a couple of the Miyoni plush toys for my niece's birthday. The plushies themselves are really nice, very soft and look high-end, which I appreciate for the price. The ordering process was fine, no issues there. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, almost 8 business days to reach me in California. I had to follow up once to get a tracking update, which was eventually provided. Customer service was polite, but it would be better if the initial shipping estimate was more accurate. Overall, good products, just prepare for potentially slower delivery.

Got my Eco Nation sloth!

I finally grabbed that Eco Nation sloth I wanted. It's so cute and soft, really like the sustainable idea too. Shipping was quick, got it in like 4 days. No issues at all. Happy with my new plush.

Smooth order, good quality plush

I ordered a few Palm Pals as gifts, and the experience was pretty good overall. The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was straightforward. I got an order confirmation right away. Shipping took about 5 business days, which is standard for me. The plush toys arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. The quality of the stitching and material felt durable, like they'd hold up to some play. I didn't need to contact support, so I can't speak to that. Definitely a reliable place for plush toys.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third order from AuroraGift, and once again, they delivered. I picked up a few more Eco Nation plush for my collection. The quality is consistently excellent, just like my previous orders. Shipping was fast this time, got my package in 3 days, which was quicker than the 5 days it took last time. It's why I keep coming back; I know I can count on them for good products and reliable service. No surprises, just what I expect.

Good quality, minor shipping delay

I ordered a few Palm Pals, including the red panda, and they arrived well-packaged. The plush toys themselves are soft and well-made, just like I expected. My only minor gripe was that the shipping took a day longer than the estimated window, which was a little inconvenient as it was a gift. Overall, a solid purchase, and I'd likely order from AuroraGift again.

Good quality, as always

Got a couple of the Palm Pals for my niece's birthday, and they arrived super fast, took only 3 days to get to me in Oregon. They were just as cute and well-made as the ones I ordered last year. This is my third time buying from AuroraGift, and they're always reliable.

Smooth order, lovely Miyoni plush

My experience ordering from AuroraGift was pretty straightforward. I picked out a Miyoni cat plush; the product page had clear pictures and descriptions. Checkout was easy to navigate. The order confirmation came through quickly. Shipping was prompt, it took about five days to get to me in California. The plush arrived in a sturdy box, completely protected. The quality of the Miyoni plush is excellent, very detailed and soft, exactly as pictured on the site. I had a question about cleaning it, and customer service responded to my email within a day with helpful instructions. Definitely a good place for plush toys.
